How do I cheat?

I'm trying to open svchost.exe and it says "Error while opening this process."
Is there any way I could open it? Or view the memory of the associated service so that I can write into it? It's for Wlansvc.

Did you open the right one? (there are multiple)
but try kernelmode open and read memory (expect bsod if it's the wrong svchost)
