How do I cheat?

Hello! I am a newbie, so if I ask something dumb, I expect you just to be patient. Anyways, recently I started to use Cheat Engine on PPSSPP Gold 1.13.2. I set MEM_MAPPED as well. There is no tutorial about this on YouTube. I am currently working on Star Wars Battlefront: Renegade Squadron’s EU version. I found the value of ammo, later I searched for what was written on it. Now to find the static address of it, I need to do something like ‘mov [rbx+0C], esi’ right? However instead of ‘_+<offset>’ I am receiving ‘_+_+<offset>’ so I don’t know how to add 3 of these values. I only know how to add the offset and one single value. Can anyone please guide me?
1D5F345C724 (Byte) ==> I found this dynamic value after searching for ammo. (There were many more which are connected with ammo value but when I modified this one, all values were changing. There were other values which also affected all other values but randomly I chose that.)
