Hi ! i recently downloaded and trying to install CE 7.4 but always came up w/ this error. I tried installing it w/ temporarily disabling my Anti Virus but still same results.

Also, my PC is fresh format (Windows 10), so there's nothing much games/apps installed so far

This might help, but apps i only have in my PC are Steam (haven't installed any games), Discord, and Bluestacks Emulator.
