Cheat Engine

Okay, I've been into Cheat Engine for quite a some time, but I'm pretty sure that I haven't experienced anything like this ever before. There's namely a game called Pax Ruthenia, it is basically a political simulator where you gather your power points, and popularity, the game is hard as hell, near to unplayable, but I'd assume that was made purposefully to annoy a hell out of player, since the rules forbid me to post the specific directions, links, and whereabouts, I'd suggest the person who's willing to extend me their helping hand to google about it.

Now the thing is though, that the game seems unbreakable, whatever I try to use, whichever value/variable/percent, anything, really anything, doesn't work at all, it is quite hard to explain since I highly doubt anyone has encountered anything like this before, frankly speaking, neither I did.

Well, I'm bringing this matter up here, because one would presumably conclude that there are people who know a lot around here, so yeah, might be worth a try.

To anyone wondering what's up, I suggest it to try the thing out for themselves, the game shouldn't be that big as far as I recall it is not more than 200mb. Though honestly, it is highly improbable that we're going to find a solution for this hidden gem, it is either overworldly, or I'm plainly a noob. Thanks in advance
