How do I cheat?

I'm trying to read my health with cheat engine but it looks like it doesn't even attaches correctly to the game or something
(image attached because it doesn't let me insert it)
Game name is Gunz the Last Duel
If I try to find any value it always display "found: 0"
Doesn't matters if I search for byte, 4byte, double...
Anyone knows this?

I don't have idea of using this in multiplayer, only in singleplayer.
I've checked to use float and it's also finding 0. |

I don't know about this specific game, but your search options are very specific and the game may be using different 'kinds' of data/code. Change Writable, Executable and Copy on Write to grey (half-selected). That means ignore such flags. Right now, from the screenshot, it seems you are looking for W+X*C-. Make it W*X*C* and see if your value is found.
About attaching the game, it is possible that the main executable is launching a different exe. Like when launching Dablo II, the dablo2.exe actually runs game.exe. Same thing happens with Heroes of Might & Magic series, which comes with a launcher app and the game itself.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled Cheat Engine and I still have the same settings..
How can I restart them? |
