Part 1
I'm wondering if it's possible to get unlimited ammo in a multiplayer game.

I wonder this because in the game I can use speed hack and I can change my location by changing the coordinates.

I have found the display value which makes me able to shoot inf but my bullets stop to do dmg after 30 bullets which is the number of bullets I have from the beginning.

Part 2
If you think part 1 doesn't work then I'm wondering if it's possible to find animations, for example, the reload animation.

If it's possible then I'm wondering if there is some way to skip it.

Not all targets are the same. Some data may be handled by the client and some are handled and/or checked by the server. You must test to find out. Also, do not forget about display values and searching for opposites.
