I want to ask for help.

in game play, there is usually a game time.

well, I want to stop the time in the game at certain times.

how is it when using in cheat engine.
ex: harvest moon game emulator nintendo.

how do you find the time value ... ??
i play using yuzu emulator not GBA

I do not understand what you want me to answer, I could say "Look for it through the CE scanner" but it would seem too obvious as an answer.

If the timer indicates 30 seconds you have to look for the value 30.
If the timer shows 2:27 you have to look for the value 147 (The time completely turned into seconds) or look for the value 27 (The part in seconds of the timer), there are various ways to save a timer in memory.

If you are selecting CE on the emulator window see if there are sub processes and try to scan those.

1 minute 60 seconds
1 hour 3600 seconds
1 day 86400 seconds
1 month (30.44 days) 2629743 seconds
1 year (365.24 days) 31556926 seconds

1000 years = the end of the worlds
