Hello everybody! This forum is such a great place!
I'm new here, and please, excuse me if the thread is in the wrong section. I did my best to avoid it, and I hope my attempt was successfull.
I'm playing Geopolitical Simulator 3 - Masters of the World recently - a game with few bugs here and there, sometimes can be unplayable without Cheat Engine. Recently I began to use CE to freeze manpower of certain industries (to counter the industry breakdown bugs) and the game now is far more enjoyable.
But one of the aspects that ruins the realism point of this game, or simulator, is diplomacy. It is complex, and that's great. But the AI refuses to act normal. Who refuses 1000 tanks for free? How one fighter jet (for free) can be "too much" for someone to accept as a gift? Too proud and modest AI? The issue is as follows - I play as USA (for example) and I can never get any country to accept an offer for a military base to be built in the target country's territory, although there's already 1 or 2 US bases in the same country. The only options for me is to invade and make the target country a sattelite puppet. In real life Greece wasn't invaded by US, in order Greece to agree a base to be built there. Nor Qatar. Neither the majority of the countries with US bases there.
I invite the head of state of a country for meeting, where I can offer him alliances over and over again, and he declines over and over again. The AI's response seems to be random sometimes. Out of 30 attempts, sometimes accept an offer for a new base on their territory.
Can you suggest me ways how to find the address, the value, that's responsible for AI's decision to accept or refuse an offer? Hopefully I could freeze it, and guarantee that the AI will respond the way I want, and the way the AI is supposed to respond, according to the circumstances. It must be an address, connected to the button, the option for offer proposal in the negotiation menu? After the button is clicked, a small window pops up, to inform me about AI's decision, with an "OK" button in it for the purpose to close the window.
Thank you
