I put inside the address and the offset. But even if i put the hole thing inside(including the file before the address) + offset i don't get the right address:
What do you need help with? Everything seems to be fine, besides you not including the module name before the offset in the second image. In the third image, nothing contradicts the first image: the address pointed to is 074F414C, and the value at that address is 0x1F9A2C04. _________________
I don't know where I'm going, but I'll figure it out when I get there.
But a wait a minute. In the first image 074F4148 + 4(offset) points to: 1F9A2C04. And in the third picture... it points to: 074F414C. It's different. I am missing something ?
The thing is that i am creating a trainer(there are plenty online for this game, but i want to create my own for practice) for this game. The code seems to work... but the output isn't right. And i am thinking that something is going wrong with the addresses. I will open another topic for this.

the final address is not interpreted as a pointer (it doesn't have the [ ] characters around it). It just gets the offset added to it _________________
