Whenever I attach a table to an executable, the "There's a newer version of Cheat Engine ou" box pops up.
I'm running version 6.5.1 which is, I assume, the latest.
Is this a bug, or is there a newer version out?

They're probably using the beta version only testers has access to. Before a new CE version comes out, a few beta testers test it first before it becomes public.
Ignore that message or edit the script/lua where it says which version is required so this message won't popup

Open Cheat Table file (double click CT file), press CTRL+S. Done.

don't do that if the table plays sounds when you press a hotkey though. The released ce will erase saved hotkey sounds when you save it. (it can load them just fine)
