How do I cheat?

So there is a game that doesn't detect CE 6.5 somehow, every time I try to use speedhack it shows this "cheat engine failure enabling speedhack dll injection failed" I tried those 2 plugins off the web but they doesn't seem to work on v6.5. Any help?
