How do I cheat?

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie using cheat engine in a game MU online. And I have some problems.

1/ When I change the number in Cheat Engine, my game player receive that number in the game (ex: Healthy or Strength numbers), but it is not real. I mean it is just an unreal value applied to my character, he doesn't change anything. Can anyone give me some information, what I need to do next?

2/ That game run along with an Anti-hack software, can anyone give me some ideas to bypass this anti-hack software. I think when I disable this software then Cheat Engine will run on that game, is it true?

I hope someone can help me

Please read the rules first. No help on online games. You can't find/change real values because they are sent to the server , confirmed there and checked if they are what they should be.
