Sucks man. Just pray about it. You don't need this shit in your life anyway.
you would think with the character you've shown, the least they could write it off as is that you were tired, went for energy drink, just grabbed the wrong color or something. you obviously didn't get drunk. im sure there are alcoholics who haven't "drank" in 30 years, who might occasionally take communion, or who have had accidental sips that they don't throw their chips over.

well technically in my sophomore year i had all the maths my first cc offers. i have self-studied lots of maths. pretty good stuff.

no, this is not at all what happened. i already explained. i've been eating 700-1000 calories a day. i've taken a ketone test that shows i have "high levels" of ketones in my system. there is scientific evidence that ketones can cause a false positive on a breathalyzer. couple with the fact that a breathalyzer can give a false positive for several reasons. next step is i scheduled an appointment with my primary care physician to request a blood sample tested for alcohol as my work as requested it and i jeopardize losing my job. i should be taking that tomorrow and that will clear my name. however, it wasn't stated but it was apparent to me that because everyone around the sober living has spread rumors that i've relapsed and they've made a decision to kick me out for "drinking" they will not going back and say "we made a mistake, we're sorry" because that would make them look bad. who cares if they make me look bad. they made slanderous accusations. this defamation has hurt my character and reputation at the sober living. they caused emotional distress from this situation causing me to lose sleep last night and not be able to focus in class at all today. i still can't focus on anything other than how angry this makes me. financial damages of losing $3,200 of rent at $800/month for 4 months. simply put, they've lost a ton of respect that i had for them and at this point i'm only interested in having my name cleared. i doubt they will give me my management position back. that would be the only reason for me to stay with them as it would benefit me financially. while i am using scary legal terms that would scare the shit out of them i would never take any legal action. all i want is for justice to be served. i am being made out to be guilty before being proven innocent. it's put a very sour taste in my mouth and frankly is disgusting.

i forgot about this post. so i went to get my blood/alcohol lab test done in under 40 hours after the alleged drinking. results came back negative of course. i had my doctors office fax the results to the director of operations and let him know they would be faxed and requested we schedule a date and time to meet up to discuss his decision. haven't heard back from him since then. i believe he's going to be discussing this with his co-director and making a decision together.
from what i've heard ever since they lost me as a manager everything has fallen apart. people used to think "it ran itself" but only because of everything i did behind the scenes without a need for recognition. it's 1 a.m. right now and i'm getting ready for bed. i'll take a picture of the test results tomorrow and post proof.
