They're the guys who made the shitty "React" videos. Like "Grandpas react to Anaconda", "Teens react to Elvis", etc etc
They trademarked the term "React", so people who had "react" videos before them had their videos removed. Really shitty move, but corporations get away with doing this all the time

They actually didn't trademark the word, they applied for it. What they actually did was start a multichannel network that was trying to monopolise reactions as a whole on YouTube as if they created the format. |
