Clinton and Sanders are pretty much neck and neck.
Trump and Cruz are at a virtual tie, and Rubio very close to making it into a 3-way tie for the GOP.
Jeb Bush actually got a vote. _________________

If the people of Iowa are dumb for voting more in favor of Cruz, would they be mentally retarded for voting in favor of Trump? _________________

Yes, voting republican is a known qualifying factor for being a retard |

Rather vote republican than vote for a candidate that will turn us into a welfare state. _________________

Mike Huckabee and Martin O'Malley dropping out means nothing, they were virtually irrelevant to begin with.
Democrat:
Bernie's loss hurt, but it isn't the end of the world for his campaign. The next state is New Hampshire, and he will likely win there.
Republican:
Cruz winning wasn't much of a surprise, he put all his eggs in Iowa, all of his resources. Cruz is polling in the single digits in other states, so he is putting his bets on the momentum from winning Iowa.
The biggest surprise is how well Marco Rubio performed. He collected more establishment vote than expected. If Jeb, Christie and Kasich drop out, Rubio could collect their vote and surge ahead.
Trump not winning is devastating to his platform. If Trump no longer is precieved as the front runner, the media won't cover him as great as they did before. Trump's campaign so far has been largely based off of free airtime from news media outlets. |

That's the whole point of my comment about O'Malley. I'm not fucking retarded. _________________

Sucks Trump came in second but still impressive when he's competing against seasoned career politicians. He was gracious in his defeat for 1st place and this won't hurt him at all imo. He could afford to lose Iowa. _________________

Losing Iowa will hurt Trump quite a bit. Trump's platform up to date has been almost entirely based off of free airtime from the media. The media won't feel obliged to cover every statement he makes anymore if he is no longer considered the front runner.

He actually performed nearly exactly how the polls projected. |

I understand what you're saying but if you read The Art of The Deal. You'll understand that losing Iowa won't hurt him. He won't win bc of policies he'll win because of his skill sets. And he mentions too on the art of the deal that he likes being flexible. The media isn't his only weapon and he'll never leave himself cornered. He sets up systems where he will win in multiple scenerios. His campaign strategies is literally all talked in the book _________________

Iowa was a bust for Trump. Well below what his camp projected. New Hampshire is now a must win for him; and knowing the 603, they don't take too kind to hard-nosed, anti-establishment republicans. _________________
