Basically I have to either call them myself and get the door code to the delivery people or just stop buying stuff online all together...Pretty stupid. The place they drop it off is some weird indian shop if they can't get in, even on the first time because they assume the door will be locked the 2nd and 3rd time. There is no building office in the area, it's 2 miles away, and theres no door person or place to drop off at the residence.

I have waited outside for over an hour before waiting on my package before work because they say if were caught leaving the door wedged to keep it open we will be permanently removed from the residence.

when you order ask if they can call you so you can come to lobby when its arival date, idk might work

We have no lobby in the apartment
