it's made up of people from DARPA, The CIA, FBI, and NSA.

Their biggest program is the Total Information Awareness (TIA) program.

How is this "The latest US Government Bureaucracy"? The wiki literally says that this program was suspended years ago.

And the government also said that the NSA didn't even exist up until around 2012, even though they have been operating since basically the 1920's. Come on m8 stop being a sheep. I'm 100% sure that a wiki article doesn't have the capabilities to verify the existence of a top secret bureaucracy and what their activities are. I'm sure they are on top of shit like this every day with a name like the IAO.
