It's not just the Republicans, the article says a large number of Democrats voted on for it aswell.
Seeing as you fall for this clickbait headlines, maybe if you were actually well informed you would agree.
Obamacare had a provision that took effect in 2013 that all employers would have to pay a huge increase in taxes in order to make their employees covered under Obamacare. The problem is under the current provision, bug corps and small businesses alike would have to pay a crazy sum in taxes this year, which makes small businesses lose.
Deomcrats support this bill because Obamacare's tax benefits big corps and hurts small businesses.

I support Obama care. I am finally going to be able to afford health insurance and can get x-rays/ possible surgery to fix my shoulder. I'm getting 279$ insurance for 30$ a month starting January.

Over 40% of democrats sided with the republicans. It sounds like this bill is pretty bipartisan to me.
