Does anybody else have this problem

I've been clean for over four months now but I'm in this constant state of dissociation/derealization

My brain hasn't fully recovered and I feel like I'm high forever

In class I'm stoned as fuck

its called paws or post acute withdrawal symptoms. they can last for a year or two depending. takes a very long time for your brain to recover especially for someone thats been constantly doing drugs for 10 years. i personally dont notice it. but i do notice permanent brain damage combined with years of not using my brain. my short term memory is the most notably affected.
