Yeah, I think some boring overly protective cunt must have smelled the alcohol on my breath as he walked past me and called the cops on me.
I wasn't even talking to anyone, just sitting there alone waiting for my train in peace. Like what'd he think that was gonna solve?
Just my luck that when I got off the train, it happened to be in some little town in the middle of nowhere where nothing probably ever happens.
Either that or the lady who kept talking to me on the train didn't realize I got off to get away from her and thought I accidentally got off on the wrong stop (she knew where I was going) and called the train station to tell them I was drunk and needed help or something, and then the train station must have called the cops because of a drunk person, idk.

I am thinking back and literally have never been suspected of anything. I often smile at and greet the people of the police force. Not once have I been stopped, for anything, ever. Not on the street, not at the trainstation, not at the airport. I am the whitest of white. |

| i can remember only being stopped once with no cause other than suspicion. it was 2 or 3 in the morning, i was riding my bike down a main street on my way back to my friends house from my heroin connects house. so not only was it a weird hour, but my appearance screamed that of a drug addict. however, cop was not allowed to search me and i didn't give him permission to so after an hour or two of sitting on the ground i was allowed to leave. this is before i had any drug charges or was on probation.

If you refuse to consent to an unwarranted search in America that gives them probable cause

it actually doesn't give them probable cause. because he would have searched me at that point.
