As the rules say, I will not give any details about what game it is.

In the game you can sell stuff on an auction house, and you can decide at what percentage you want to sell it for. I can use Cheat Engine to go above the set max percent. But when I press the sell/post button I get an error message telling me to reload the game.

So, in short, the game won't allow me to put it up for sale. Is there any way to bypass this.

Also, it's not that cheaty, people only pay as much as they are willing to.

Sounds like an online game (because it is); we aren't at liberty to discuss whatever you are asking for if it is (it is).

Sounds server sided. Not going to be done with CE.

Online games process stuff on someplace NOT YOUR COMPUTER. Cheat engine only works on things ON YOUR COMPUTER. This is the purpose for 'dont bother mentioning online games' because they are not meant to be edited by cheat engine.

The name of the game DOESNT MATTER. Its just stupid to think something on your computer can edit a value it has no access to.

Think hes trying to explain that most likely this is a server sided I think, with a server-side game, we cannot change the values which are stored on the server. But we can change it before it is submitted to the server. With WPE, tampar, hackbar ... is tools which are doing that job. Id assume its in the games server simply due to an auction function requiring server files and server stored data usually not found within the clients files as it would more than likely be stored at the games servers since its constantly accessed by other players. you can actually get into some serious trouble modifying the server directly. Otherwise there are ways nothing is impossible.

you can try packet editing the submission of the price. use wpepro and monitor the packets, look for the price in the packet and edit it before it sends.

Otherwise you are shit out of luck, without knowing the name of the game we can't help you sorry.

Before wasting your time with anything else, see if it's a server-side response or not.

Packet log to see if the price is actually sent out and the server sends back an error, or if you can't do that then disconnect your internet right before submitting and see if you still get the error message (in which case it's most likely generated by the client) or if you get a connection message (which may point to it being a server thing).

yes, as others have said it may be a client-to-server-to-client submission security check.
but wpepro may allow you to do this. it is pretty simple to use. i am sure you can figure it out by tinkering or googling for a tutorial.
