I think the cheat console works in the game I'm playing, but the
Tilde key doesn't show the drop down console. Isn't there also a display debug info command to show the drop down console?

Not all UT3 Engine-based games necessarily have a console. If they do, they may not want you to use it by just not assigning a key to it.

I knew that but I also had to enable an info command on one game to get the commands to appear on the screen. I just can't remember what the command was.
