I've been paying attention to my health the past 2 months and been consistently running 30 minutes a day since. I dont know too much of nutrition, but I just eat less of what I usually eat. It's usually less than 1100 calories a day. I eventually want to start bulking up, probably around January or February when I have more time to commit to it. How much did you spend on your personal trainer?

Also, those are pretty sick results man

Less than 1100 is pretty steep. I've been running a deficit of -500 a day and currently eat 2000 calories a day. I only exercise three times a week for an hour, albeit I did train for almost a year before just doing weights. It's just that it was under a layer of fat. If you want to go fast you can do 1100 calories a day, but you'd be burning up a lot of muscle mass.

The personal trainer costs me 400 euros (about 500 dollars) a month, for two hours a week. I do a third day on my own with just core exercise (plank, kettle bell, etc). The diet is key though.
