Would it be possible to change CE to be darker or black somehow? I tried searching, but im not sure exactly what to search for, skin or theme doesnt seem like the right term for it.

Depends on OS. You can use a shell program or look at changing OS theme.

Ah so choosing a black or grey theme for windows would change CE window to black or grey?

Found a nice dark theme, but the text in the address found window is black and not sure how to change it so i can see it
