So for about two years I'd be going to an unspecific webpage and it would always bring me to this shit. A song a group of friends and myself enjoyed, we actually learned from this very same tablature. finally i was like wtf, looked at the source and a comment had mentioned this fucking weird thing.

basically on occasion this same fucking webpage will come up out of no where when i enter a site in my browser. Its always the same fucking one

i don't blame him for not understanding what you said because you decided to make this question as cryptic as possible
wayback machine is an internet archive site. what you're looking at here is wayback commenting on the source giving info on the date it was asked to retrieve the archive and the date it was archived (since it takes multiple copies of the page over time). September 13th 2005 is the date this snapshot was taken and October 28th 2006 is when someone asked Wayback for this backup.
If you wayback the same page right now you'll see the exact same thing
As to why it's in the source of the actual page, whoever maintains the page probably lost the original page and used wayback to get the page back and put it on their site
EDIT: okay what that's not what you asked at all but do you mean the page autocompletes or something?

here what happens
every now and then while browsing the web ill type an address into the webpage and as soon as i fucking hit enter it comes up. I estimate that 1 in every 300 URL entries this elliot smith song comes out of nowhere. Theres also a firmware page for an old laptop of mine that just comes up out of nowhere as well. Its not autocorrect just something that isnt sapose to happen
this seems suspicious to me

like i said only happens once in a blue moon so testing different settings takes mad time yo. but i did look at my settings and had a bunch of retarded shit turned on
