Those files stayed after reboot.

You can remove them manually. Those are temporary data.

(close CE and remove any remaining folders inside "Temp\Cheat Engine")

Those are temporary files. Running Disk Cleanup will remove those files and others.

Win 7: Start Menu / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools

wait a week, start cheat engine and close cheat engine.
Those files will be gone

Normally when you close cheat engine those files get deleted, but you you close it with the task manager,ce crashes to desktop, or reboot your system they will stay.
CE will clean them up after a week

I keep them in a custom folder and I delete it from time to time.
