i only had 4 cigs yesterday and like 1 today so far
not even trying to quit, i have a full carton of smokes.

4 a day is usual for me
and take 3 days out of the week to not smoke for tolerance break (idk if or how this works. sometimes ill take a couple weeks and then I get a way stronger buzz when I smoke 1 cigarette)
