I found the stats for army and air but can only enter a max of 255. No clue on value type.

I am at a loss for all other stats.

I would like to change the GNP and percentage stats. If possible, the commands remaining too.

Posting warez links is not allowed.
Posting a picture with a warez link is also not allowed.

The value you have found is probably stored on 1 byte only. Which is why the value can be only 0-255.

When I search byte (eg, 25), I get several 25s but if I change the value ingame to 5 then search 5, I get 0 results for all values.

Try an unknown value search with increased/decreased filtering.
Even in old games, it happens a lot that a value is not exactly what it looks like. Eg the value may be multiplied with a certain amount etc.

The value type is probably 1, 2 or 4 bytes.

I change value to All and type in 452 then scan. I get results of -60

Keep searching. If you have only a few addresses left, try to change or freeze them to see if it is what you were looking for.
