Though because of the recent CE update only russian language may be fully up-to-date, not sure i don't speak any other language besides english (and some broken dutch).

That is because no serbian or croatian dude has come forward and translated it. You can do that yourself, there's not much english used in CE except just a few words, i don't think it will be that hard for you to understand and translate. Even google translate might be useful as it gives pretty accurate translation for words, its the grammer that it fucks up.
