I know C++ can do it

C++ can use inline assembly
using vb.net for doing what ur looking for isn't going to be easy

You can use the FASM.NET library to accomplish ASM injection. Or you can convert the data you want to write to its raw byte format and inject the data yourself via WriteProcessMemory.

Of course you can. But its not going to be easy as say in C++ or other languages suggested
