Help , I need to create a GUI Hack [not a CLR Version ]

so , in CLR Version i used to make main.cpp and that kind of things and then add a form , which simple , but in GUI

I can only Create The Interface [combobox ,checkbox , etc..] but i don't know to create it in dll way

What i need , is a little way to create a GUI Trainer in a dll way [so i can inject it in a certain Games Which Detects CLR Types ]

Hopefully someone lead me to the light @_@ .
