I found the address who is responsible for the speed of the car. It does not change.What do I do?

You have to find another address, since you just found a "copy" of the real one.
Try scan with Change/Unchanged filters multiple times. Also use different datatypes, if you're not sure, which one to use.

It is just a display value address.

Try using Scan Type: Increased/Decreased Value

Use Scan Type: Unknown Initial Value first at the Beginning then the other.

It maybe slow, hard and irritating method but it is very effective I can assure that.

Maybe "speed" is not a single value, but rather there's multiple values for the multiple axes.
