From a nonbiased point of view, incest is only illegal because heterosexual incest will result in inbreeding. BUT... Homosexual incest doesn't produce offspring.
For the sake of the human race, inbreeding SHOULD be ILLEGAL, however, gay incest can't inbreed so it SHOULD be LEGAL.

no it shouldn't, because that would make abortion required if an incest couple gets pregnant, which will take away the freedom of having an option of having an abortion. abortions should always be optional, in ANY case. a woman should never be forced to kill her child to avoid being a criminal.

She wouldn't be forced to kill anything, she'd only be forced to use contraceptives, but she could still chose not to do so and get an abortion instead.
I don't understand how the hell people still get unwanted pregnancies.

no, not at all. that's a cultural taboo, not the real reason why almost every country in the world has incest banned.
it fucks up the gene pools man. Recessive diseases will become super common in your average joe that weren't a few generations back. Even if a person isn't the result of an incest couple, the gene pools will be so fucked up that everyone will suffer if they have a lot of inbreds in their family chain.
incest is illegal for the sake of the human race, not for some taboo like minors fucking.
