you're probably not retarded and your intelligence is at least average so it's a matter of spending more time focusing on school. how much time a week on average do you spending on study? when you study for an exam always aim for a high A. so don't stop studying til you know how to do everything. watch as you get only 1 or 2 questions wrong on the exam worth 30% of your grade.

weed makes you retarded while on it and impairs memory. smoke in private. when going to class, hanging out with girls/new people stay sober. it's fine to still smoke with friends and people you are comfortable with.

when hanging out with girls don't worry about hooking up with the girl. just think of it as hanging out with any other person, no strings attached. think of them as a friend. this will allow you to act more natural, be less nervous, and be yourself. this allows the girl to see you for who you really are. if they like you things will mature and by taht time you'll be comfortable spending time with them.

you're aware of what problems you're facing in life. now it's up to you to fix those things. no one else can do that for you. also, if you improve your life i doubt you'll still feel this way. you'll become content with life.
