I ran my first scan with unknown initial value. I bought a power plant for $300 and did my next scan decrease value by $300. It left me with 2 options. I gave the 2 options assigned keys 1 freeze and 2 set value to 99999. But the thing is it's only changing the number not the actual amount. It says 30k ingame but I have $0.

What method do you suggest in trying to find the real money address?

Also I tried speed hacking using enable speed hack. Nothing happened. Is it because im running windows 7?

If the numbers you're seeing on the screen are not the actual numbers, then do not type in actual numbers. Do decreased, not decreased by x. Then when it increases, do increased. Then buy something and do decreased again. Keep doing this to filter it down to some addresses that look good.

Because the money bay actually be in tens units at the most (30 and it just adds an extra 0 for display) or something like that.

Wow. It worked. I got infinite money. I was left with 3 weird addresses. I set hot keys to each one where pressing T sets value to 99999 and pressing Y freezes. Is this the right way to do use the hotkeys and freezing?

Generally people only set hotkeys for stuff that's meant to be toggle on and off quickly, or adding/subtracting (like adding/subtracting to your coordinates to make you teleport in different directions), or in preparation for making a trainer... but sure, that won't hurt anyways, plenty of options for hotkeys.
