Tried searching Google and here couldn't find anything on how to find usb connection through process list.
Was wondering if you could edit a file or something through usb connection?

dont know what problem you are encountering

cheat engine can fine open files from any place

loaded processes are provided from windows. it doesnt matter where they where started

an usb connections looks more like a socket connection. (messages send and received from the device)
I'd say connect to the process that deals with the usb connection and edit the data received/sent there
