You will first have to move d: before you can grow C:
It‘s easiest to just backup d: then remove it, grow c: and then recreate d: and put the backup back

No problems. You just have to make sure you tell the installer to install to d:

Can I just create new partition on Unallocated space (partition E) and then copy all files to it and then delete partition D and extend partition C for the size of partition D?

Just make sure you set the drive letter to D so your programs recognizes the search paths.
