Hello, I've been having a problem that has been happening for a while. Right when I try to start Cheat Engine, it crashes. It does it for all the variants of Cheat Engine. It has been happening for Cheat Engine 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3. I don't know why. I seem to be the only one with this particular problem.

Make sure you have no online games running
Also, close everything else (multidisplay tools like multiview of amd, shell extensions like daemon tools, anti viruses, etc...)

Oh my gosh!!! Thank you so much! I had Multi-Window installed and that was the problem!!! I will keep you updated in case the problem persists.
