Sadly most phones come with this app pre-installed. My previous phone only had like 150 MB internal memory and the large Facebook app was impossible to delete or move to my SD card, which made my phone freak out all the time because it was low on memory. Worst part is that the app was completely useless, I could do everything the app could do with only the browser.

| Root phone and get root uninstaller. You can even delete the android system though that would kill the phone.

My mom got a samsung captivate with 1gb ram and like 4gb internal memory or something for a penny. Free phones in 2013 are half decent.

| You can disable app... Don't root it. When you disable it it will get uninstalled (it won't take up space on your phone)
