I've tried doing this:
create new form, added to it an image, and saved it.
The generated .CT size became 526 kb's while the original picture size is 262.

So my question is, did C.E convert that image to text?
Because when I opened it with notepad I've seen this

So my question is, can lua load this kind of text and convert it to form & images?

Formdata is stored binary, but xml doesn't like binary so the formdata gets converted to hexadecimal. Meaning 2 bytes for 1

But can this be used as a 'trainer' loaded trainer?

a trainer is just a table. There is no difference

So yes, you can use it

You can also save a form as a .frm file (same format as xml) and then use createFormFromFile to load that
