Okay maybe the title is not exactly true, but it is at least for as far as I can remember.

I went to apply for a job in another country, and basically got the job immediately because I'm the first one to apply who is fluent in French.
Afterwards went to have a few drinks with my future bosses and coworkers. One drink quickly turned into five. It was the first time that I drank alcohol again in months because I had placed the rule on myself to not drink anymore until I got a job (though I kinda broke this rule a couple of times). My tolerance to alcohol had dropped like crazy. Then we went to one of my bosses friends apartment (on the top floor), where there was a lot of free booze because he was celebrating his birthday. Now, this is where my memories start to fade.
I vaguely remember climbing from one balcony to the other for some reason, idk why, I think I must have closed the door behind me or something and was probably too drunk to get it back open. I could have fallen and died. I then knocked on the glass door so they would notice me and let me in, but to my surprise I saw two kids and a very angry and frightened woman. I asked her to let me in but she wouldn't, told me to go away. And I was like where the fuck am I supposed to go? I'm trapped on your balcony.
Okay so next thing I know I'm in the hallway of the woman's apartment and she's telling me to go away now or she'll call the cops, guess she let me in after all. Now the thing is, the hall of this apartment didn't look anything at all like the hall that we went through to get to the apartment where the party was at. Turns out I climbed from one building to the other.
So I went out to the street, and by chance I walked in to my boss, who brought me back to the right building.
Next thing I know it's night and we're in some karaoke bar. One of my only memories of this bar was that I was taking pictures with one of my coworkers camera. I took the fucking lamest stupidest drunk pictures of myself with it, they must have been thinking 'What the hell, weird ass Belgians' when they saw them the next day.
So anyways, I put the camera down for like a second, and suddenly this chick takes it and runs outside with it, so I go after her and then she starts giving me shit, screaming at me like crazy, and I'm just there completely calm like 'what the hell are you doing?' 'I'm the calmest guy in this whole bar and you're making it look like I'm harassing you' She didn't listen to me and just kept screaming, and then she yelled for one of her friends (to come beat me up I guess). When he came to us, I saw that it was one of the guys from the party earlier and he was all like 'Oh dude, calm down, I know this guy'.
Next thing I know I'm walking around outside in the cold rain. I figure I must have felt like taking a break from the music inside the bar and going for a short stroll around the block (when I go to parties I'm usually more outside than inside). The problem was that I had no idea where I was and didn't have any of the phone numbers of the people I was with before (and still in another country in a place I had never been before, drunk out of my mind). Now this is the least logical thing I have ever done when drunk. I had been watching a lot of Gash Bell the days and night before (there's no anime that can cheer me up more than Gash Bell, it always makes me feel relaxed, reminds me of an easier time in my life!) and I knew that I lost the people I was with and had to find them back. So I put one and one together, and started screaming "GAAAAASH! WHERE ARE YOU!!" from the top of my lungs.
Eventually I just took a cab to the train station, to have shelter from the rain, sleep there, and take the first train home. I took off my shirt and sweater because they were soaked from the rain, and when I woke up some asshole stole them and left me behind a small pink women's shirt. It's a good thing I was still too drunk to feel humiliated or I would have gotten like pneumonia or something.

tl;dr last time I'll ever get drunk in another country without at least 3 friends around who are used to keep me out of trouble when I'm drunk.
