So Google recently released Google Music All Access for $9.99, but if you use it before June 30, you get it for like $7.99, and you get the first month free.

I think it's pretty cool. It's like Spotify, but the android app works better, and I can actually upload custom music to the cloud, and have it sync everywhere.
The bad news is that it's either online, or on android, no windows client. But besides that, I love it, I'm going to be a regular user.

I'm on the 30d free trial I already use the Google play music app nywey and the update made it look nicer although mine was hacked to be transparent

As much as I'd like to agree, no:
Spotify has 20million+ songs, Google Play only has 2million+ songs.
But you can download the MP3 on the android, but it's named weird (like 83.mp3, or something like that [I'm assuming this is their way of having 'DRM']), has no album art or anything. So, to make the MP3 useful, you'd need software to fix it up.
