| My monitor has these green flickering pixels when I view images or even my wallpaper. It's only on one of my monitors, the other one displays images fine. I recently brought my computer and accessories to a friends house, but I don't remember seeing any green pixels that day.

Maybe the pixels on the monitor are dying.

Let's say that Monitor A(the one that shows green pixels) is plugged on graphic card port A, and Monitor B is on port B. What happen if you plug monitor A on port B and monitor B on port A?
If monitor A still shows green pixels: I'd say that the monitor is dying, even though the flickering is a bit strange... Intermediate state between working and fully dead pixels?
if monitor B now shows greenery: GPU might be dying. How old is it? Too much overclock? Possibility for a damaged connector during transport?
No green pixels: monitor badly plugged back after coming back from friend?

I had a problem like this with my old laptop a few years ago.
It could be a problem with your graphics card or drivers. Try disabling your graphics driver(s) in Device Manager, and restart your computer. If there's no change, than it's probably your monitor.
If there is a change, try updating your drivers, or reinstall them, or try installing a different version. If this doesn't solve it, then it's probably a hardware problem with your graphics card.

| Take the rounded side of a pen or sharpie and tap them gently. If they disappear they were just stuck. Normally stuck pixels are red, though.
