How do I cheat?

I found the HP address but when the game restarts this address changes (its only an address in temporary memory).
Question: How do I find the base address?
Detailed instructions would be greatly appreicated!
Maximum HP = 1700, stored as a float
(Note: Each health bar represents 100 health.)

| Have you gone through the CE tutorial? If not, start there. If you need additional help, search youtube for 'cheat engine pointer address'.

Alright well I've made it to Step 8 of the Cheat Engine tutorial, but I can't seem to solve it. I've watched many videos on Youtube on how to solve this step. The probelm is in every video I've watched they have only 1 value show up when you first seach the hex value. Let me better explain.
1- I searched for the value using Exact Value with the 4 Bytes value scan.
2- After finding the address in memory, I attach a debugger to it and "find out what writes to this address."
3- I change the value and get 1 item on the debugger list.
4- I use the value given after" The value of the pointer needed to find this address is probably XXXXXXXX."
5- Using the value described above I run a Exact Value 4 Byte Scan with Hex box checked and I get 4 differen't values.
Every video I've seen for Step 8 (Part 5) has only one value. I've trying following the steps given after using one of the four values, but every time I hit a dead end.
I'm not sure what im doing wrong, but help would be appreicated. I don't mean to get too off topic, but I figure if I solve this problem, I should be able to find the base address('s) for Health in DmC.
