Soo, cheat engine has the function to find referenced strings.

If i take the process Test.exe for example and i press referenced strings, it automatically generates the strings.

It says "hold CTRL and mark others" to generate the strings from that too.

If i mark others too, it still ONLY generates the strings from the Test.exe

Is it buggy or how does it work e.e?

If you let it run automaticlly instead of running the code dissect first it will pick the first module and start. Any changes during that time will not be accepted (The bug is that the gui is responsive, but it should just beep or stay gray, or cancel the scan)

If you wish to see the referenced strings in other modules, go to tools->dissect code and rerun the scan with more modules. When it's finished you can open the referenced strings window again and it'll show the new modules as well
