How do I cheat?

so i've been playing with a few guys for a while that were able to edit their money

money is specific to the server although it isn't serverside (although it acts like this)

anyways ive been able to find the money value and there's 2 addresses for it, one dominates the other or something.

regardless i can get the money to appear changed ingame, yet whenever i make money or i do something it goes back to its original value (this is where it acts like the money is serverside)

was wondering how i should go about this? sort of new to this so any help is appreciated

You should find what writes to that address and deactivite it by replacing nops or writing your own code in AA.But if value is server-sided you can't do anything
