I've always had problems with installing drivers. I couldn't install driver for my phone.
Only driver that i was able to install was my tablets driver (they sent me edited version of driver specially for me)
only thing that they said me was :

ANy 1 know what might be reason? I can't install any driver on my nor on my brothers computer

| You downloaded the incorrect version of the driver. Verify the pc is x86 or x64. If that fails the pc most likely has a virus and needs to be reformatted.

International version x86 for windows 7. And I scanned PC with Malwarebytes anti-malware nothing found....
As i said usually i send Hardware ID's to support of product that i buy and they just send me modificated drivers... What could it be?

Most likely something is broken in windows then. Can you back up his stuff and reformat it?

I have same problem on both of my PCs
