Also is there any way to block users from terminating startup on a console?
A password system is useless if someone can hack the computer just by holding ctrl+t -_-

yes, use a forcefield, or a big wall, and have another computer running listening for wireless messages.
Let the computer at the front send the password to the computer at the other side, and then let it open the door/turn off forcefield
Also, you can use sensors and check the username of the person standing nearby, or check what he has in it's hands. (e.g. Only open if the password is correct and he's holding a klein star omega)

My thoughts exactly (use a computer outside to send the signal over rednet), but a user can still press ctrl+t then "edit startup" to read the password/conditions or disable it entirely.

By the way, I figured out the explosion infront of my base.
Apparently, last time while I was crashing I pressed a lot of buttons.
Not a good idea when wearing infernal armour.
