Someone managed to get me partnered with a very big group of people, so I haz unlimited premium. With unlimited premium + spotydl, I can haz every song for free, for "life"
I say "life" because everything shuts down eventually.

Well, it kind of is and isn't.
The main purpose of downloading the songs decrypted is because the music player for spotify on android sucks balls. I literally only download them for a different music player.
In a way, I can live with myself thinking that's more legal.

Yes, me too. Our provider offers this for free when you take their TV/Internet/Phone fiber package. The most expensive Spotify package right?

Free spotify came later, price never changed. But I suppose my ISP is paying for it. I doubt I am though.
