| Never played a MOBA before in my life. I've got a lot of spare time now and SC2 is boring me to high hell. First things first, where do I learn all I can learn about this game? I plan to sink 40-70 hours a week into this if I decide to quit SC2.

You should go watch some streams just look around on own3d or twitch and you'll find some.
I suggest watching hero spotlights on the riot youtube channel NOT for the item builds or playstyles but more for a basic understanding of each hero and how their abilities work and look like.
Try to choose a few heroes you want to get good at and just play them until you win/have a good score every game. You'll get a good understanding of them and through them you can expand into similar heroes.
Items are important and I suggest reading abilities on your hero as an example, if a description says "deals 230 (+0) damage" and the +0 is in teal it scales with ability power and as such you're probably playing an AP hero etc.
Personally I've never liked guides but if you're REALLY lost and have noone you know to play with who can help you I guess you could look at some builds. DON'T USE MOBAFIRE THOUGH.

play with dalton, he needs someone to rank up with
play as many heros as you can pre level 30 (max level)
find out what kind of heros you enjoy most (mobile, tank, carry, ranged, jungle, etc)
if you're like me and love crunching numbers and strategies for theorycrafting then this is your haven (i assume at 40-70 hours a week you'll be more than a casual player after a short amount of time if you really get into it)
http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/League_of_Legends_Wiki
has all the hero information on it as well
eventually things will just click the more you play, you'll start understanding how every auto attack and spell interacts with your health bar and what you can do to counteract enemy playstyle for advantage. example being armor vs physical sources of damage.
just pick up the basics first, don't try and rush anything. you need a firm grasp on last hitting, don't even worry about kills, just get them when they come to you or when you start grasping hero mechanics and can be the aggressor. last hitting is the single most important thing in the game. the earlier you learn it the better you'll be.
100 creeps at 10 minutes is perfect for lane creepscore (cs). it's unlikely in almost every game though due to trading and potential zoning.
also, when you learn more about junglers:
-respect that if you are gankable, you're gankable. meaning if you're overextended without vision on your rivers, you have to expect you could be ganked. whilst you're ranking up this wont be such a problem since everyones pretty derpy and i'm sure you'll pick the game up fast enough to outpace your opponents with 40-70 hours a week.
the last thing you want to solidify for basics is itemization. physical damage aids attack damage heros and ability power aids magic damage heros. etcetc

tbh though i wouldn't pay too much attention to tournaments or streams until you start getting a firm grasp on the game. otherwise, you'll be learning strategies that only work in that level of play, not your level of play, which wont work most of the time.
